Terms of Service Welcome to Sip Sations, your premier private bartending service located in Wichita Falls, Texas.
By booking and using our services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our services.

**1. Services Provided** Sip Sations offers professional private bartending services for private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and other social functions. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience tailored to your specific needs.

**2. Booking and Cancellation Policy** To secure our services for your event, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed prior to the event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled event will not qualify for any refund. Adjustments to event details such as venue changes or guest count alterations must be communicated at least 14 days in advance.

**3. Liability Limitations** While we strive for excellence in all facets of service delivery, Sip Sations cannot be held liable for any event disruptions that are beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature or unforeseen venue restrictions. Event hosts assume responsibility for informing guests about applicable alcohol laws and regulations.

**4. Conduct and Safety** Our staff is trained to uphold high standards of safety and professionalism. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately towards staff or other patrons.

**5. Privacy Policy** Sip Sations respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Details provided during the booking process are stored securely and used only for service coordination purposes. By engaging with Sip Sations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. **6. Leftover Beverages & Mixers Clause** Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Mixers: Sipsations operates as a dry hire bar service and provides all necessary bar equipment, garnishes, and non-alcoholic mixers, including but not limited to sodas, juices, and syrups, unless otherwise specified in writing. All non-alcoholic beverages and mixers supplied by Sipsations shall remain the sole property of Sipsations. At the conclusion of the event, any unopened items may be retained by Sipsations. All opened containers, bottles, or cans will be disposed of in accordance with health and safety standards. In instances where the Client provides their own non-alcoholic beverages or mixers, the Client shall retain ownership of those items. Any unopened products supplied by the Client will be returned to them at the conclusion of the event. Opened items will be discarded by Sipsations unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the event.
