**2. Booking and Cancellation Policy** To secure our services for your event, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed prior to the event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled event will not qualify for any refund. Adjustments to event details such as venue changes or guest count alterations must be communicated at least 14 days in advance.

Liability Limitations** While we strive for excellence in all facets of service delivery, Sip Sations cannot be held liable for any event disruptions that are beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature or unforeseen venue restrictions. Event hosts assume responsibility for informing guests about applicable alcohol laws and regulations.

**4. Conduct and Safety** Our staff is trained to uphold high standards of safety and professionalism. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately towards staff or other patrons.

**5. Privacy Policy** Sip Sations respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Details provided during the booking process are stored securely and used only for service coordination purposes.
